Kickstart Management reserves the right to terminate any live performance or amplified music which fails to adhere to the NSW government regulations guidelines.
COVID RESTRICTIONS
Kickstart Management has a Covid-19 Safety Plan and will be operating our business accordingly. We are committed to keeping you safe by adhering to the current state's restrictions whilst hosting your celebration through these times.
For legal reasons and to avoid prosecution we will not facilitate an event or party which is being held outside of the current social distancing rules and restrictions in place. If you have booked an event and need to change it to another date we are happy to work with you and help facilitate this change but will take no responsibility if the event goes ahead.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, the client must notify Kickstart Management immediately in writing of this intention. Hours worked to that point will be invoiced.
