Terms and Conditions
The client is responsible for organising vendors unless this service is being provided by Kickstart Management. All vendor contracts will be between the clients and the provider.
CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
To secure the date and the services of Kickstart Management a non-refundable payment of $200 is required. Once this is received into the nominated bank account, your date will be secured.
The remaining payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
Request bank details.
CONFIRMATION OF GUESTS
Confirmation of final guest numbers is required 7 days prior to the event at the time of payment of the final balance. This number must be adhering to the state Covid restrictions.
Kickstart Event Management does not enter into a hire arrangement with any venue as this is the responsibility of the client. The client is therefore liable for any damages or costs which may arise from misuse of the venue by event patrons.
Kickstart Event Management will act as representatives of the venue during the event, coordinating delivery and pick up of event suppliers engaged by the client and ensuring that they follow the procedures as set out by the venue.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
The client is responsible for any served alcohol to event guests and should follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines in relation to the serving of alcohol at the event.
The client is responsible for any expenses incurred due to damage or breakages of any hired goods by event guests.
MUSIC AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
Music and live entertainment hire is the responsibility of the client. Kickstart Event Management will follow the guidelines as set out by the NSW government regulations and will enforce the noise restrictions and late night curfew accordingly.
Kickstart Management reserves the right to terminate any live performance or amplified music which fails to adhere to the NSW government regulations guidelines.
Kickstart Management has a Covid-19 Safety Plan and will be operating our business accordingly. We are committed to keeping you safe by adhering to the current state's restrictions whilst hosting your celebration through these times.
For legal reasons and to avoid prosecution we will not facilitate an event or party which is being held outside of the current social distancing rules and restrictions in place. If you have booked an event and need to change it to another date we are happy to work with you and help facilitate this change but will take no responsibility if the event goes ahead.
In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, the client must notify Kickstart Management immediately in writing of this intention. Hours worked to that point will be invoiced.
